The primary activity of the limited liability company "Parking Service Budva" is the management, use, and maintenance of public parking lots and garages in the municipality of Budva, as well as the towing of improperly parked and damaged vehicles with a special "Tow Truck" vehicle.

Although this company is basically an entity of public interest, the Statute of this company offers many other work activities that by nature do not have the character of activities of public interest, thus providing this company with greater business scope.

The following activities, which are of exceptional importance for the life and functioning of the citizens of the city of Budva, are also linked to the operation of parking lots and garages:

- arrangement of parking spaces and public garages in the municipality of Budva

- managing investments in the field of parking spaces and public garages in cooperation with the competent municipal services

- undertaking measures and activities for the maintenance of existing parking spaces and public garages as well as for the construction of new parking spaces and public garages

- systematic work to achieve the best and most complete satisfaction of the needs of legal entities and citizens in the sphere of parking space management / locating new parking locations /

- collection of fees and charges related to the use of parking spaces and public garages
