Zones - Street Parking

How does zone parking work and what are the benefits?
Zone parking is applied in public parking areas in Budva to improve the use of parking spaces and enhance communal order.

How is parking paid for?
Purchasing and activating a ticket is available via SMS, purchasing at e-KIOSK, and at sales points.

What is a daily ticket-order and when is it issued?
If the control detects that parking has not been paid, an order for a daily parking ticket is issued in the amount of €50.
If the parking user pays the amount of the daily parking ticket according to the order within 8 (eight) days from the date of issuance, a reduction of 1/3 of the ticket’s value is granted (pay €33.33). The daily ticket-order is valid for 24 hours. Failure to pay within the deadline may lead to forced collection, with additional costs and statutory interest.

Application and documentation
To submit an application, the following is required:

• a copy of the ID card and proof of residence
• a copy of the vehicle registration certificate (if the vehicle is not registered to the applicant → authorization certified by a notary)
• proof that the user is a tenant or subtenant (property deed or lease agreement)
• proof of payment for the issued parking permit
